Bind and Rivet Printing is often used in our printing jobs. This means we bind the paper with rivets. There are many different sizes of rivets we can use to suit the needs of thickness of paper. The finish of rivets can also be customized. We can good supplier of rivets so that we can offer to our clients rivet binding.

The material of rivets can be: Brass, Bronze, Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Aluminium, Iron.
The surface treatment can be: Zinc Coated (white zinc coated, color zinc coated, black zinc coated), Nickle Coated, Gold Coated, Chrome Coated.

Rivet binding is also used in our printing jobs.  For example, a mood barometer consists of two stamped, round discs made of 350g/m2 glossy offset paper. The offset paper is printed with CMYK colors on both sides and processed with printing varnish.  The stamping contour is a circle for the outer dimension, plus two cutouts. Small round cutouts in the middle of the discs are needed for the rivet which connects both different discs to one mood barometer.
